The band, Ultraviolet Hippopotamus, has two full length albums, numerous live recordings, and has become a phenomenon in the Midwest music scene, regularly packing such venues as Bell’s Brewery, The Intersection, Billy’s Lounge, Pappa Pete’s, Booney's, The Mousetrap and Founder’s while steadily expanding their touring ground to neighboring states.
